The Tales of Greek is a first of its kind residential project with a unique USP of ‘Work From Home’ convenience provided to cater to the new world scenario. This development offers 2 bed studios and suites along with a ‘Work From Home’ lounge conveniently placed on every alternate floor
for residents to use to attend to their work.
Ebani was given the opportunity right at the very ideation stage wherein the project had to be named to the development of all its marketing collaterals. The most distinctive part of this project was the introduction of Augmented & Virtual Reality (AR & VR) experiences to promote the residences. Augmented Reality (AR) is used to give customers 3 dimensional views of the floor plans so that they get a clearer understanding of the apartment options and their layouts. Virtual Reality (VR) is used to give customers get an immersive experience via a walkthrough of the entire development i.e., right from entering the community, to the host of amenities such as swimming pool, gym, yoga hall, Work From Home lounge, games area, restaurant and more. Yes! It also includes walking through the studios and suites.
This has been the very first time that AR & VR have been used to promote a residential development and both the client as well as the customers love it!
